I am in my 3rd week of my new way of life. I am experiencing such a change in my way of looking at things. I know that I am on my way to losing 55 lb.s. I am down 5 now : I have been listening to Alicia Keys song New Me a lot. I am experiencing a new me for sure. Going to Zumba tonight. I do Zumba 2-3 x's a week. I am using my new tablet to blog and I am having problems uploading pic.sto my blog. Going to work on that - stay tuned. :

Today marks my 13th day of staying on a  lower calori nutrition plan and exercise scedule as well : I have lost 4 pounds but I am feeling healthy and stronger. It is so rewarding being true to yourself. I am enjoying the journey and healthy feeling. I have been following the  30daypush and burpee challenge. Doing something like a challenge or competition is so motivating. Set goals for the month and for the year -- it helps:
