It has been so long since I posted because of computer issues -- now that school is out for a while I'm going to work on this blog : Update on my weight - I lost 20 pounds total and have gined about 6 of that back :-( i am getting back in the swing of myfitnesspal logging and my regular workout routine.I ill say I started my day with an egg sandwich and cut up a watermelon to munch on all day.
