How lucky I am to live in East Tennessee in the Springtime!
The forsythias are so vibrant and the dogwoods and other blooming trees are starting to bloom as well.

The tulip bulbs I planted a couple of falls ago are starting to have blooms!

Remember:
Walking 30-40 minutes every evening after dinner is such a great habit for your body! Think of it as giving yourself a close-up look at the beauty of spring.
"Exercise: Exercise can help decrease feelings of anxiety and can give you a sense of well-being. It boosts the oxygen and blood flow to the brain helping it to relax regularly. It also enhances well-being through the release of endorphins, the brain's feel-good chemicals. Research shows that as little as 30 minutes of exercise three to five times a week can provide significant anxiety relief."
